About Hear Clear NI
Hear Clear NI is an independent, family-run private audiology and hearing care provider in Northern Ireland, established in 2020. With clinics in Belfast and Bangor, we provide private hearing assessments, hearing aids, professional hearing aid fitting and aftercare, and microsuction ear wax removal.
Our approach is centred around personal care, clear advice and taking the time to understand each person’s hearing needs. As an independent provider, we are not tied exclusively to one hearing aid manufacturer. This allows us to discuss hearing technology based on your hearing loss, lifestyle, communication priorities, preferred features and budget.

Personal, Unhurried Appointments
We allow time to understand your hearing concerns, lifestyle and the situations where communication is most difficult. This helps us make recommendations based on your individual needs rather than rushing through a standard appointment.
Enhanced Hearing Assessments
Our hearing assessments can include an ear health examination, pure-tone audiometry, speech-in-noise testing, comfortable listening-level assessment and tympanometry where appropriate. This helps us understand both your hearing thresholds and how you manage in more challenging listening situations.
Hearing Aid Selection and Real World Trial
As an independent hearing care provider, we can discuss hearing aids from different manufacturers and technology levels. Suitable patients can also trial hearing aids free of charge for approximately two weeks through our Real World Assessment, allowing them to experience the devices in everyday situations before deciding whether to proceed.
Professional Fitting and Aftercare
Hearing aid care does not end when your devices are fitted. Hear Clear NI provides fitting, fine-tuning, follow-up support and adjustments where appropriate to help your hearing aids continue to meet your needs.
Who Provides Your Hearing Care?
Hear Clear NI is led by founder and Hearing Aid Audiologist Stephen Warnock, alongside Associate Audiologist Andrea Warnock. Our team provides hearing care across our Belfast and Bangor clinics, with a focus on continuity of care, clear explanations and ongoing support.
